Open SETTINGS and tap RESTORE PURCHASES while signed in to the same Apple ID you bought it with. Ads switch off and the foil balls unlock again. Purchases are handled by Apple, so we can't look them up or refund them — for refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

The shiny supporter balls come with Remove Ads. After buying (or restoring), find them in the LOCKER. Tilt your phone to watch them shine — you can also try any ball first in the Locker's test range.

A short full-screen ad can appear between games — never in the middle of a throw. Your first game is always ad-free, and there's a cooldown so you won't see them back to back. Remove Ads turns them off for good.

If you're in a region where the game asked for your ad consent (like the EU or UK), open SETTINGS > AD PRIVACY OPTIONS to change it any time. Apple's tracking permission is separate — change it in your iPhone's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

The High Game and Weekly leaderboards are pure skill: only games bowled with a perk-free ball — CLASSIC RED or a foil ball — count. Perk balls are great fun, but they bend the physics, so those games stay off the boards (the game warns you before you bowl). Quest runs have their own leaderboard, and online and pass & play games always count.

Online matches and leaderboards use Apple's Game Center. Sign in under your iPhone's Settings > Game Center, then open MULTIPLAYER in the game. Online matches are turn-based: you bowl your frame, then your friend gets a notification to bowl theirs — and can watch a replay of your throws.

If your connection drops while sending, the match shows a RESEND button in the Multiplayer list. Tap it once you're back online — your frame is saved, so you won't have to bowl it again.

Yes — MULTIPLAYER > PASS & PLAY lets 2 to 4 bowlers share one phone. No Game Center needed.

Your profile, stats, unlocks and quest runs are saved on your phone and included in your iPhone's regular iCloud or computer backups. They don't sync between different devices, and we don't keep a copy — so we can't restore lost progress.

Go to SETTINGS > RESET ALL DATA. This erases your profile, stats, unlocked balls and any quest in progress. It can't be undone — but it won't remove a Remove Ads purchase.

Yes, each has its own switch under SETTINGS > OPTIONS.

We don't run servers or require an account. Ads are served by Google AdMob, and online play and leaderboards run through Apple's Game Center. The full details are in our privacy policy.
